Many Chassidim and this is the Nadvorna custom do not perform Tashlich on Rosh haShana since the Davening Prayers leave no time. Rather we say the Tashlich service on the same day as the Selichos which contain the piyut or liturgical poem of the 13 attributes of mercy Hashem, Hashem Kel Rachum veChanun. The connection being that during the Tashlich service we refer to these attributes.
