About the speaker...

Rabbi Zev Leff got semicha (rabbinical ordination) from the Telshe Yeshiva and served as Rabbi of Young Israel of North Miami Beach for eleven years. He moved to Israel in 1983 settling in Moshav Mattityahu where he is Rav and Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Gedolah Mattisyahu. Rabbi Leff teaches in various yeshivas all over Israel.

Rabbi Leff also contributes the Shema Yisrael "This Month" column.
